Job Summary:
As an IT Expert at CAREROSE CARE Ltd, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our information technology systems to ensure the seamless operation of our home care services in the Colchester/Harlow area. Your expertise in IT infrastructure and support will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our caregiving operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. IT Infrastructure Management:
o Oversee and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
o Ensure the availability, security, and integrity of IT systems.
2. User Support:
o Provide technical support to users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
o Offer guidance and training to staff on IT tools and systems.
3. Network Security:
o Implement and maintain security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
o Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
4. System Optimization:
o Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

5. Data Management:
