Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned financial management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates.
You'll provide indispensable support to the Portfolio Finance Project Manager and play a pivotal role in controlling and optimising site and project costs. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, challenge forecasts and budgets to enhance site overhead recoveries, and much more.
We'll look to you for:
1. Control & Optimise site costs as well as project other direct costs through close involvement with FPM's & WP owners, preparing and carrying out reviews on a monthly basis.
2. Challenge forecasts and budget to optimise site overhead recoveries ensuring all risks are communicated and mitigated.
3. Support FPMs with preparation for Monthly Project Reviews and Bi-annual Finance Project Reviews.
4. Ensure all Billing for portfolio is completed in a timely manner with focus on payment due dates and securing cash in forecasts. Manage cash and follow-up on cash improvement actions, create a cash culture within project teams.
5. Prepare site forecasts and Budget with input from project teams and FPM's, provide overheads reporting to Unit & Sector as required.
6. Support both internal and external audit requests.
7. Participate in project reviews and Risk & Opportunities meetings and all decision-making regarding overheads, headcount, direct hours, recoveries.
