PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a multi-skilled operative with a joinery background for one of our clients based in Sheffield.
Duties include:
* Repair, renew, and fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips, and valleys.
* Repair, renew, and fit soffit fascia and barge boards.
* Repair and renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring.
* Repair and renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling.
* Repair and renew kitchen units, work tops, and decorative finishes.
* Repair, replace, and fit ironmongery to doors and windows.
* Repair and renew timber and UPVC window frames.
* Reglaze timber fencing and gates.
* Multi-trade skilled operative capable of completing works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor plumbing activities.
This is a permanent position with a company van and fuel card.
