Description Position at Resolver This role is based in Leeds/Hybrid. The Role: The VP of Risk Detection in Resolver is responsible for the Strategic Delivery of data and risk detection across all products. Using in-depth knowledge of external data sources, risk profiles and advanced risk detection techniques (including AI and ML) they guide the team to target data collection to the most relevant sources and use all tools and technology available to deliver accurate risk detection driving value for Resolver and our customers. They are responsible for leading the team, managing senior stakeholders, setting priorities and processes to ensure effective collaboration across Resolver in delivery of state of the art solutions. They are responsible for team delivery, supporting product design, stakeholder satisfaction and talent management. They are also responsible for working with key stakeholders to deliver a unified business vision with customer focus and innovation at its centre. Has a learning mindset and is always seeking opportunities to learn about new ideas Responsibilities: Develop a clear Discovery and Risk Detection strategy that is embedded in organisational strategies. Drive innovation in risk detection, particularly the use of advanced Data Analytics, AI and Machine Learning. Establish and deliver shared business plans across engineering, RD and Delivery to meet business priorities Set out strategic process improvement for continuous improvement of team performance. Work with the Product Team to ensure the team is building the right thing, at the right time, at the right level of investment. Design and implement clear quality assurance processes across the team. Enable the team to maximize their impact by providing oversight, support, and guidance through coordinating best use of resources, reviewing projects and potential risks, and resolving bottlenecks. Develop and implement a robust, targeted stakeholder management plan to ensure clear understanding of priorities, outputs and impacts of risk detection. Support stakeholders to articulate their needs and enhance their relationships with customers. Essential Qualifications and Experience: Exceptional and demonstrable industry experience Expert in social media platforms and how they operate.
