WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone that is passionate, committed to changing the way big business desecrates and destroys our planet with untreated wastewater, toxic chemicals, grease, and fat being dumped without control into our world. It is essential that you are committed to supporting all clients in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to grow the business from the current customer portfolio as well as sourcing new business opportunities.
THE ROLE:
* Develop a customer base.
* Rapidly increasing sales.
* Promoting Hepburn products, marine, hotel and water industries.
* Proactively developing the sales function in the company at all levels.
* Proactively visiting customers to introduce the Hepburn product and arrange training sessions where necessary.
* Create and update new leads database.
* Supporting company promotions such as advertising, brochures, videos, and trade shows.
* Demonstrating a thorough and up to date understanding of the current state of water and wastewater markets and up and coming opportunities.
* Provide detailed sales reports weekly.
THE PERSON REQUIRED:
* You must have a technical background and have at least 3 years’ experience in selling wastewater solutions or wastewater products industries.
* Have a proven record of sales growth and success.
* Understand the water and wastewater routes to market.
* Have sold into water companies and industrial markets such as food and drink, Pharmaceuticals, Green processing, Construction.
* Be able to develop new business and open new markets.
* Be forward thinking and bring new ideas into the business to promote growth.
* Have the energy, drive, and determination to grow an emerging business.
* Higher level qualification in business administration and/or engineering (Chemistry, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechanical, Environmental).
* Strong interpersonal skills (good people motivator), solid sales ability and excellent communication skills, very strong team building skills.
* An excellent command in English.
* Be a self-starter with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Have the willingness to travel extensively.
* Highly developed skill and expertise in customer interaction, contract negotiation and issue resolution.
* Be able to work cross functionally and independently within a fast-flowing business.
* Full Driving Licence.
* Experienced working within ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 18001 standards.
