* Implement people-related activities in line with strategic plans, collaborating with the Clinics and Health Services People Team.
* Analyse people metrics and data to identify performance issues and opportunities and develop plans to improve outcomes.
* Diagnose business problems and apply people-focused solutions within established frameworks.
* Customise and apply management processes and tools to meet the specific needs of the Clinics Business, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
* Propose cost-effective project solutions, aiming for positive customer and business outcomes.
* Engage in both project-based and regular people activities, such as engagement, performance reviews, and talent management.
* Track and report on the progress and success of projects and initiatives related to people and culture.
* Proactively assess and address risks before project launch, escalating issues as needed.
* Maintain a strong engagement strategy and collaborate with internal communications teams.
Customer-focused, adept at leading HR initiatives to successful outcomes.
* Proven record of achieving goals.
* Proficient in identifying business challenges and formulating effective strategies.
* Ability to work collaboratively with management and colleagues to foster process adoption.
* Previous experience in change management.
