Salary and Hours
* Salary: £23,500 per annum, plus excellent benefits
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 17:00 pm with 1 hour for lunch
About the Role
Churchill Estates Management is recruiting an exceptional Lodge Manager for our retirement development. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with a passion for working with people. This varied role involves coordinating development activities, managing property maintenance, and enhancing the living experience for our Home Owners.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will oversee property maintenance, provide first-class service to Owners, liaise with customers and suppliers, manage contractors, schedule maintenance, perform health and safety checks, and organize activities and events for Owners. Your role is crucial to the success of the Lodge and the enjoyment of its residents.
About You
The ideal candidate has experience in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, or related sectors. You are customer-focused, outgoing, friendly, and able to act with sensitivity and diplomacy. You are also efficient, assertive, and able to work independently with good judgment. You possess strong administration skills, are computer literate, and experienced with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
