Position Overview:
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£26,451- £41,247 per annum, plus £610 Crawley Weighting Allowance

About the Role:
If you have a passion for teaching and an imaginative approach in the classroom, this may be the career change you are looking for. You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of teaching/learning programmes using a flexible range of strategies and learning styles, taking responsibility for the quality of your own teaching and related curriculum development.
You will be joining an outstanding teaching team at Crawley College, a diverse and vibrant further education college that offers a wide range of courses including vocational study programmes, Apprenticeships, and adult courses up to degree level.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Genuine desire to improve the life chances of learners.
* Enthusiastic, resilient, and highly motivated individual.
* Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
* Teaching experience using a range of teaching and learning methods is desired.
* Strong team player with proven communication skills.
