The Role of a Site Installation Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Site Installation Manager. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute site installations across various industries.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate site deliveries, inductions, and meetings with clients and stakeholders
* Manage labour resources, including in-house teams and subcontractors
* Coordinate materials and equipment delivery
* Perform pressure testing and quality inspections
* Ensure compliance with approved design drawings, RAMS, and safe systems of work
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and transport providers
* Conduct routine client meetings and deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings
Requirements:
* Experience in welding/fabrication and installs
* Happy to work 80% field-based and stay away from home Monday-Friday
* Knowledge of the water and wastewater treatment sector (desirable)
* Experience in overseeing a team
* Hold site qualifications (CSCS, IPAF, First Aid, etc.)
* Hold a full UK driving licence
The Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000-£50,000, plus van and expenses for successful candidates who meet all key qualifications and abilities.
