Job Description
3. Manage administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
4. Minuting departmental meetings
5. Provide support to the Secretarial & Business Support team.
6. Handle correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
7. Ensure smooth functioning of office operations.
8. Contribute to team meetings and assist with event planning.
9. Maintain records and files securely and systematically.
10. Assist in the preparation of regular reports.
11. Support other departments with admin tasks when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Admin Officer' should have:
12. A relevant educational background in Business Administration or a related field.
13. A strong understanding of Evaluations and Research is desirable
14. Proven administrative or assistant experience.
15. Proficiency in MS Office and other office management tools.
16. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to work effectively within a team.
19. Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
