As a bar and waiting apprentice, you will:
1. Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
2. Know the menu inside out, offering recommendations to customers.
3. Greet, serve food and look after our customers whilst they dine with us.
4. Assist the bar in preparing drinks which meet specifications and customer expectations.
5. Ensure front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
What your apprenticeship includes:
1. A mixture of face to face and Skype/phone catch ups every 4 - 6 weeks to discuss feedback and progress.
2. A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars.
3. Reviews every 12 weeks with your Line Manager and apprenticeship Trainer.
4. The chance to get Functional Skills in English and Maths (if you don’t already have GCSE).
5. A Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification once you have completed the 15-month programme.
