With the full support of the Production Manager, you'll lead from the front—driving efficiency, optimising processes, and inspiring your team to reach new heights. Your Role & Responsibilities: Lead, develop, and motivate your team to smash business goals. Boost efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements. Champion safety & compliance, ensuring strict adherence to procedures and protocols. Drive Performance Excellence Initiatives within Operations. Empower your team with lean methodologies like 5Y, DMAIC, and more. Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive collaboration. Execute continuous improvement projects that push us forward. Investigate & resolve safety, quality, performance, and conduct issues. Step up as Production Manager when needed. Cover shifts for fellow Team Leaders during holidays, training, or absences. What We're Looking for: Proven experience in leading & inspiring teams in a manufacturing setting. A mechanical/machine operative background with a solid grasp of lean manufacturing & continuous improvement. Experience in a GMP-regulated facility (or similar, e.g., BRC, ISO9001, BETA NOPS).
