After successful contract wins a main contractor is looking for a Project Manager to oversee several high profile contacts. Staff management including direct reports - 3 x Site Managers, 2 Project Co-ordinators, 1 Administrator. Managing various programmes including FRA, disrepair and planned maintenance works. Duties will include, Produce construction phase plan and monitor throughout the project Consider tender preliminaries against actual requirements and review monthly Produce Procurement Schedules & IRS with Site Manager Request, collate and distribute all contractual documentation required Overall control of site activities and daily work operations Supervise and manage other members of the site team Produce construction and target programme and review on a weekly/daily basis, including updating progress Attend and chair pre-start meetings with client, subcontract consultants, design team and site team
