Main duties of the job Lead the reception team to deliver exceptional patient care. Oversee and manage the reception area, always ensuring efficient workflows. Supervise the appointment system, ensuring timely and smooth service for patients. Train and develop reception staff, ensuring data accuracy and efficient processing of patient information. Oversee all administrative tasks completed by the reception team. Act as the first point of contact for complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Communicate effectively with staff at all levels within the surgery. About us Swanwood Partnership is in the centre of Wickford, we are located close to the local shops. We look after around 7,000 patients as well as being a training practice. Staff are very sociable and often organise out of work evenings.
