We are looking for our new Senior CRM Manager. You'll be involved in making changes to the way we work in enhancing our customer experiences. It's an exciting opportunity for the right person to come on board as a key player in driving continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Head of CRM you'll guide a team of around 7 Campaign Executives, planning campaigns across WH UK and Ireland. If you have excellent People and Stakeholder engagement skills, this could be a perfect opportunity for you!
What you will be doing
1. Hold our weekly planning cycles to ensure our activity is running smoothly to time and budget.
2. Be responsible for all communications across multiple life stages.
3. Manage a team of around 7 campaign executives and ensure they are working to the highest operational standards.
4. Contribute to the sports and gaming delivery for all customers.
5. Liaise with other teams such as Data & Deliver and our central CRM ops function to ensure plans are executed flawlessly.
6. Be comfortable with data and able to recommend tactical tests to ensure we are continuously improving.
Who we are looking for

1. Have experience in CRM related, creative development, multi-layered matrix managed environments.
2. Experience overseeing a range of media channels and CRM programmes.
3. Have technical knowledge of databases such as HTML and ESPs with JAVA being desirable.
4. Have ability to work with customer segmentations and multi-touch campaign strategy.
