PLP Client Manager The role leads the delivery of the EMG / Gravity Media PLP contract, providing unilateral facilities at over 190 games per year, as well as the GoalCam operation at over 380 matches. It ensures the successful operational and commercial delivery of the contract by providing PLP with exceptional service and fosters long term-relationships as a key partner. Contract & Client Management Lead the day-to-day management of a multi-year Tier 1 sports contract across the EMG / Gravity Media business. Act as the key point of contact between PLP and EMG / Gravity Media, ensuring strong client relationships and continuous operational improvement. Ensure full contract compliance, maintaining high standards of delivery and service. Collate and analyse operational reports to assess contract performance and identify areas for improvement. Organise and chair regular debrief and progress meetings with PLP. Address and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner, implementing mitigations where necessary. Ensure accurate and timely billing, working closely with finance teams. Operational & Team Leadership Attend weekly Match Round Facility Requirements meetings with PLP Production Managers to confirm requirements & vehicle allocations. Lead the operational delivery of PLP, ensuring seamless execution and full compliance with contractual obligations. Oversee PLP schedules, crewing levels, logistics, and technical workflows to ensure efficient and effective operations. Ensure the timely flow of high-quality planning information from the client to internal teams, enabling cost-effective resource allocation. Manage project deliverables and scope variations, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Maintain a regular on-site presence (minimum 3x per month) to oversee operations and engage with stakeholders, building client, club, and match manager relationships. Continuous Improvement & Innovation Drive operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Work closely with PLP and internal teams to foster innovation and develop new solutions that enhance service delivery. Gather feedback from stakeholders and implement changes to improve workflows, processes, and overall performance. Health & Safety Compliance Promote a culture of safe working practices and ensure all Health & Safety regulations are met on-site. Work closely with the Head of Health & Safety to ensure OH&S compliance across the PLP contract.
