More About Your Role
We are looking to recruit a Community Manager to join our site in Gravesend. Reporting to the BTR Associate, this is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding area of the business.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities. As well as overseeing budgets and managing annual forecasts you will also manage the lettings process for renewals, leading on the development of a marketing strategy.
At Places for People, we are committed to a safe working environment, so a basic DBS check is mandatory.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and managing teams. Proficiency with IT packages such as Word and Excel and excellent communication skills is also desired along with experience within the property sector.
