Our reputation has been based on providing high quality care whilst safely supporting our service users. We operate a 24/7 service and so, the needs and requirements of the individuals' we support is always our priority.
What are we looking for?
* Personal Qualities - we require a caring, trustworthy, compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic care workers who would like to improve the lives of the individuals' they support.
* Flexibility - The need of our service users often changes, and so, we need care workers who are able to work during the week (day time and evening hours), weekends and bank holidays. We need care workers who can accommodate the needs of our service users and that of Care Deluxe.
* Transport (Preferred) - We are looking for care workers with a driving license and access to their own vehicle. Also, care workers with motorcycles are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate care and support to service users from a person-centred approach.
* Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication administration, shopping, domestic and personal hygiene.
* Monitor and document service users' health and behaviour, reporting any changes to the appropriate individuals in the team.
* Engage service users' in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being where applicable.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in care work, particularly in community care settings
* Strong skills in patient care, including Alzheimer's and dementia care
* Familiarity with hospice and senior care practices
* Certification in first aid and medication administration or willingness to complete training
* Ability to perform Moving & Assisting using appropriate equipment's and meal preparation
* Valid driver's license and experience in driving for care-related tasks
* Willing's to complete a Level 2 in Health and Social Care or evidence of completion.
