Why This Job Matters:
The Deployment Specialistplays a crucial role in the development and deployment of Learning and Development products across the portfolio, leading on the agile delivery or supporting Senior Product Owners in the management of complex programmes.
A strong focus on customer centricity is essential for this role, to ensure that all products they support address business challenges and drive sustainable value for BT Group.
Skills and Experience You’ll Need:
1. Develops methods to upskill people, enable new processes and working methods, drive technology and operational improvements and foster a culture of collaboration
2. Manages projects by dividing tasks into short phases of work (known as sprints) and frequently reassess and adapt plans
3. Uses a group of methodologies based on iterative development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organising cross-functional teams
4. Facilitates events that occurs inside each sprint, which establish the product development goal and plan for the upcoming sprint
5. Resolves customer conflicts across and identifies, remediates potential areas of risk. Investigating, documenting, and resolving conflicts and issues
6. Continuously thrives to improve products, services, or processes
7. Identifies, evaluates and manages risks by developing and implementing strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures and practices
8. Organises, monitors and improves relationships with stakeholders
9. Collects and interprets data in order to uncover patterns and trends
10. Expert at designing and developing learning interventions using best practice methods, including digital solutions, to create efficient and effective learning experience
11. Handles a project or portfolio of projects as they progress through the typical stages of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution and closure
