As a Senior Innovation Manager, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our charity by driving sustainable growth through innovation and strategic partnerships. Working as part of the Growth and Innovation team, youll identify opportunities, develop new products and services, and deliver impactful projects that enhance our competitive advantage and support clients in financial difficulty. Your Role In this role, you'll support the Head of Commercial and Innovation by implementing a new innovation process, including the Innovation Hub. Collaborating with internal teams like DCS, the Transformation Office, and Product and Marketing, to identify and evaluate new opportunities focused on emerging technologies, data-driven solutions, and partnerships. You'll provide insights to inform strategy and decision-making, assess market offerings, and create business cases and go-to-market strategies. Working with internal and external partners to align innovation projects with our objectives and engage with external stakeholders to build collaborations. Regular travel will be required to StepChange offices and external partner sites. Overnight stays may also be required. About You A strong track record of delivering successful innovation projects with measurable outcomes. Proven experience in developing and launching products, services, or business strategies Strategic thinking skills with the ability to create actionable plans and solutions. Strong leadership and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams toward shared goals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating robust business cases and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
