Inspire, motivate, and engage students of all abilities. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support students' personal and social development through good quality lessons Maintain a safe and supportive classroom atmosphere. Essential Criteria: Experience teaching young people (ages 11-18). Ability to work effectively with young learners and understand their developmental needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to delivering engaging lessons. Desirable: Experience working with a school environment. First aid.
