As the Deputy Market Security Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our people, assets, and reputation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and prevent security incidents. The UK&I market landscape consists of Factories, Distribution Centres, Head Offices and Nespresso Boutiques. A day in the life of…. Woking with both external and internal stakeholders you will provide guidance and support to the Security Champions network in implementing security measures, including physical security, access control, and information security protocols. Whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as HR, Legal, and IT, to ensure a holistic approach to security risk management and compliance. Continuously monitoring and analysing security incidents and trends, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement and risk mitigation. You will also ; Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats and weaknesses. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance security capabilities and stay updated on emerging threats and trends. Oversee the implementation of physical security measures, such as access control systems, CCTV surveillance, and perimeter protection. Lead incident response efforts, ensuring a swift and effective response to security incidents, and conducting thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security, and ensure compliance across all operations. Collaborate with the Market Head Of Security Manager to understand and implement the Nestlé Group Security strategy. Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify security gaps and vulnerabilities, and develop action plans to address them effectively. What will make you successful?
