As a key member of the care team, you will play a vital role in managing his medical care, ensuring his comfort, safety, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care, monitoring and managing the client’s medical conditions. Administer prescribed medications via PEG. Provide assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily activities. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Monitor vital signs and document changes in condition. Develop, implement, and review individual care plans. Provide emotional and psychological support, ensuring the client’s dignity is maintained at all times. Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment for the client. Educate the client and family on medical conditions, treatments, and care needs. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Previous experience in home care or working with clients with complex medical needs is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
