Salary range Band 5, £31,067 - £32,654 (£15,533 - £16,327 pro -rata for part time hours) Trafford council is a Living Wage Employer.
Working hours 18.12 hours per week (flexible working) Monday to Friday

About the Role
In the role of Tenancy Support Officer, you will provide support to vulnerable clients placed within the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Scheme by empowering the client with the skills to lead an independent life within the community to be able to maintain their tenancy.
You will provide a comprehensive support assessment, a holistic support plan and review meetings to clients placed in the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Scheme.
About you
We want someone with 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role delivering homelessness prevention, resettlement and housing related support services with a proven experience of working within a multi-functional team, with partners to deliver a range of services to a diverse community. We also want people with experience of successfully meeting individual set targets for key tenancy support areas, including tenancy sustainment, financial inclusion, health, education and employment, safeguarding and of delivering homelessness prevention, resettlement and housing related support services. Drive, determination and excellent relationship skills are also important so if you think you have what we’re looking for then please apply.
