We are looking for a vastly experienced professional engineer to join our global engineering leadership team. You will play a vital and integral part in the management of our global process engineering team. You will draw upon your previous experience and provide expertise in process design, process safety, sustainability and process operations to engineering projects across our worldwide production plants. In this role you will be responsible for a number of key functions including.
* Promoting a strong safety culture and pushing for continuous improvement
* Building a diverse high performing team that delivers process engineering expertise.
* Supporting and mentoring team members to build on their strengths.
* Ensure leadership development and succession plans are in place.
* Support the network of process engineers across the world ensuring collaboration and development engineers both inside and outside of the global team.
* Ensure resourse levels meet the demand and build relationships with engineering partners to fill resource gaps.
* Provide leadership in process safety management ensuring standards are met within engineering projects.
* Provide leadership in sustainability management ensuring sustainability is built into engineering.

* Member of Professional Body.
* A wealth of experience leading large engineering environments, including Engineering Managers

* Aligning and prioritizing organizations to deliver Strategic business plans.
* Utilities management, including energy, water and waste.
* Operational management experience within the Chemical/Oil & Gas Industry
