This is a full time role working 37.5 hours a week between the hours of 9AM-5.30PM, Monday-Sunday on a rotational basis. Friday-Sunday you can work from home ONCE trained. This is an office based role in Nuneaton where you will be taking calls, answering emails and working on live chat. Helping customers with product delays, handling queries and offering solutions. It is fast paced but with a lovely team and you will be fully trained. Personality is key, you must be able to lead a conversatuion.
