About the Role
As Assistant Sales Manager, you’ll:
* Lead and support a team of sales executives in the sale of both new and used vehicles.
* Oversee and manage deal stacking and sales control processes.
* Handle daily leads and sales processes to ensure seamless operations.
* Manage finance agreements and activations, ensuring compliance with FCA standards.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience—a non-negotiable priority.
* Own the Finance and Insurance (F&I) sales process, ensuring satisfaction and compliance.
* Foster team growth by supporting training and development.

* A results-driven mindset, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
* Leadership qualities to manage and inspire a diverse sales team.
* A full UK driving licence.
