We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for the successful delivery of our systems transformation projects. You will be responsible for reviewing and mapping current processes, running workshops, gathering and documenting requirements, managing product backlogs, and creating business cases. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders to review current systems and processes and assess any gaps. You will run workshops and engage with subject matter experts to define the requirements for new systems, document user acceptance criteria as well as manage a backlog to direct the construction of the new solution. You will need to understand any systems that integrate and the impact to any programmes already in flight and adopt any frameworks or methodologies that will help WWF to build systems that are future-proof and fit for purpose. We’re looking for someone who is: Demonstrably experienced as a Business Analyst in large or complex digital or system transformation projects. Strong in their communication skills and has the ability to run engaging workshops. A logical thinker and problem solver who is able to build a compelling business case Proficient in Requirements engineering and eliciting acceptance criteria Proficient in business analysis methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps Experienced in different project management delivery methodologies Able to work independently and as part of a team, a pro-active self-starter Committed to WWF-UK’s values: Courage, Integrity, Respect, and Collaboration. This role is hybrid and you’ll be required to be in the office 20% of your contracted hours. The job is based at our UK head office, the Living Planet Centre in Woking, Surrey. The Living Planet Centre is one of the greenest buildings in the UK, and you’ll hot desk among trees and gardens.
