Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our vibrant team. This pivotal role involves managing key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting retainer growth. As the main point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in driving client success, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to the company’s overall business growth. Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored marketing and service solutions.
* Project Management: Coordinate and communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address challenges, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services on time.
* Sales and Growth: Identify new business opportunities and lead sales initiatives by presenting proposals and contributing to retainer growth.
* CRM Management: Utilise CRM tools to track client interactions, manage accounts, and report on account performance.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure services align with client expectations and company standards.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, client feedback, and market insights for management review.
* Account Optimisation: Analyse data to optimise strategies and drive client success, making informed decisions based on performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, project management, or client relations, ideally within marketing or digital services.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage accounts and track performance.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Sales: Proven experience in sales or account management, demonstrating leadership capabilities in driving results and expanding accounts.
* Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, while being self-motivated to achieve individual targets.
* Organisation: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
