The CT scanning department currently has nine state of the art CT scanners providing support to a wide range of referrers, including the level 1 Major Trauma centre, Vascular and Neuro intervention, Paediatric, Musculo skeletal, and Oncology services. Being part of the University Hospital of North Midlands brings with it the opportunity to contributing to the training of student Radiographers on their clinical placement and of CT Radiographers on Band 5/6 preceptorship.
