Varied shifts rotating across both Resolution and Admin team: start times between 7:00am - 11:00am for 8.5 hours a day with a 30-minute dinner break included. The successful candidate will be required to have flexibility to cover all shifts.

If you are as ambitious as we are and you’re looking for an opportunity to progress your career within Supply Chain Logistics, join us as the Depot Transport Administrator on a permanent basis at our Regional Distribution Centre based in Warrington. You will be required to liaise with the wider team, managers, and multiple departments to ensure solutions are delivered both effectively and efficiently.
Reporting to the Distribution Shift Manager, you will de-brief drivers and measure delivery performance to ensure the smooth operation of our entire warehouse and transport operation. You will manage and maintain both paper and digital records. This role is extremely varied and vital to the entire warehouse and transport operation. You will be part of a small team of front desk workers supporting with administration tasks across this 24-hour operation, so teamwork is essential in liaising effectively with colleagues on other shifts. You'll take overall responsibility for answering incoming calls and emails for customers and drivers, responding to any customer queries and complaints, finding a resolution, and processing credits where necessary in a professional manner.
You’ll be a forward-thinking individual, able to adapt to change with a view to drive customer experience and level of service. You’ll be expected to be on site during critical operational hours which will predominantly be Monday – Friday; however, a level of flexibility is required to cover a Saturday shift on a rotational basis.
To join us as the Transport Administrator, you will be an excellent communicator with previous customer service experience within a fast-paced company. You should have strong IT knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP. We have a bespoke Transport Management Software package we use, so already working in the fleet or distribution field is ideal but not essential. We can train you on all you need to know to be a success if you have the right attitude and approach to get the job done.
