Murphy is recruiting for a Training Coordinator to work with the Energy Team from the Stonecross Office.

A day in the life of a Murphy Training Coordinator
Schedule and organize mandatory and role-specific training sessions.
Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
Ensure all employees receive training in line with company and legal requirements.
Manage bookings and logistics for training courses (venues, equipment, materials).
Maintain up-to-date training records for all employees.
Ensure all training complies with industry regulations (e.g., CSCS, CITB, NVQs).
Work with managers to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Support new employees with onboarding and induction training.
Upload and track training completions in internal systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, LMS)
Liaise with site managers, HR, and department heads to ensure training meets business needs.
Act as a point of contact for training-related inquiries.

Proven experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
Ability to conduct needs assessments and evaluate training effectiveness.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus.
