Customer Service Advisor
Hays is delighted to be recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of their client based in Perthshire. This company is one of the leading competitors in their market. They are especially known for the award-winning customer service they provide and are looking to expand their team.
Your new role
Within this Customer Service role, you will be processing customer enquiries submitted through the online portal and webchat functions. You will be responsible for responding to enquiries and investigating any issues and resolving them efficiently in a timely manner. You will act as a first point of contact for business customers, manage customer expectations and liaise with third party stakeholders on behalf of customers.
In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment alongside a wider team, therefore the role requires good communication and collaboration skills. While a customer service background is preferred, you will undergo training to develop the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the role.
