We are recruiting for a passionate and committed Team Manager to lead our Front Door Duty and Advice Team ensuring best practice and good outcomes for children and families.
We are looking for candidates who have the potential to lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team ensuring good quality services to children and families.
* You will need to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a multi-agency team.
* You will need to demonstrate an ability to foster positive working relationships with a range of different agencies.
* You will need to be able to work within a quality assurance framework and to provide good quality support and supervision for staff. Above all, you will need sound, consistent decision-making skills under pressure.
As the Team Manager you will be required to demonstrate professional expertise and leadership skills, to inspire and create the conditions that will enable practitioners to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
You will have responsibility in ensuring that practitioners are provided with opportunities to develop their skills and to embed a culture of Continuous Professional Development within Children’s Service.
In return we will provide you with a comprehensive induction program dedicated to supervision and a range of comprehensive Continuous Professional Development opportunities.
You must hold a Social Work England (SWE) recognized Social Work Qualification and be registered with SWE.
