As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
Responsibilities include:
* Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor.
* Support the management team in managing personnel, product & merchandising functions.
* Participate in weekly management meetings.
* Communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
* Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets.
* Foster a positive store experience for customers and colleagues.
* Support the team in delivering the business strategy.
* Achieve company standards for personal sales results.
* Perform manager-on-duty functions.
* Focus on quality relationships with customers.
* Ensure best practices in visual merchandising.
* Work with management to build a talent pool for key positions.

* Previous supervisory experience within a premium or luxury brand.
* People management experience with conflict resolution skills.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
