Equal Opportunities
We’re a national charity providing dementia support to a community that’s ethnically diverse, but we don’t reflect this in our senior leadership. This needs to change. We need to ensure the voices around our table better reflect and understand the communities we exist to serve. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, particularly those from ethnically diverse communities who are traditionally underrepresented in the charity sector leadership roles.
We want everyone we work with, as a colleague, volunteer, supporter, or someone we support, to feel included and that they belong at Alzheimer's Society. We are committed to building a diverse organisation that represents the communities we serve and ensuring inclusion in everything we do.
