What our Financial Advisors do:
* Act as personal coaches to military families, focusing on evolving financial plans to meet short-term and long-term goals.
* Help military families manage day-to-day finances, build lifetime assets, and protect against the unexpected.
* Engage with the community to bring new clients to First Command, supported by the local district team and Home Office.
* Partner with local military organizations, military units, and supporting institutions to engage directly with the military community.
* Coach military families on building comprehensive financial plans that include:
o Savings/banking
o Investments/wealth management
What we offer:
* A specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to start and grow a successful Financial Advisor career.
* Sponsorship for full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor, with tools and resources to guide you through the process.
* Preparation and testing for your SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
* Opportunity to join our paid training program with a local district office upon successful completion of the licensing phase.
* Initial salary consisting of an hourly wage for 3 months, transitioning to a salaried position with progressive incentives after that period.
