QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Walsall
Salary: £25,000 to £29,000
My client is looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their growing team, assist with the Quality Assurance and day-to-day general office duties.
The position is located in Willenhall, West Midlands. Experience in the construction industry would be advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Quality Assurance - ISO-9001 paperwork relating to design projects
2. Permit applications
3. Monitor jobs and invoices from applications
4. Procurement
5. Dealing with enquiries, quotes, and job logs
6. Look ahead - labour programme
7. Monitor daily emails
8. Any other reasonable requests from Directors
Desirable Skills:
1. Excellent attention to detail
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Good organisational skills/structure
4. Experience of working in an office
5. Ability to work in a team or independently as required
6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
7. Proficient in Microsoft Word
