The Company: We’re exclusively recruiting on behalf of an innovative organisation with newly designed, state-of-the-art facilities perfect for hosting events, conferences, and meetings. The Role: This newly created position is as much about event coordination as it is about business development and relationship building. You’ll bring innovative ideas and a strategic vision to drive growth while ensuring events are flawlessly planned and executed. Day-to-day you will: Coordinate events from inquiry through to execution, delivering a seamless client experience. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to secure repeat business and maintain high satisfaction. Develop strategies to increase bookings and maximise the use of this cutting-edge venue. About You: With proven experience in event management - whether from hospitality, venues, or a similar industry - you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have exceptional organisational and communication skills, a proactive approach, and flexibility to meet the demands of the role (this might include the odd evening or weekend). With excellent transport links, it’s commutable from Peterborough, Huntingdon, Bedford, Bury St Edmunds, Ely, Stevenage, Royston, Newmarket, and other areas in and around Cambridgeshire.
