This beautiful award-winning hotel is seeking an experienced and talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.

Role Responsibilities
1. Assist in leading the pastry team to produce a range of delicate desserts, puddings, and sweet creations for the hotel, including large-scale conferences, events, and restaurant offerings.
2. Prepare inspired mini-desserts and afternoon tea pastries, both classic and contemporary.
3. Contribute to the development and success of the pastry department.
Requirements
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
* Strong leadership, motivation, and teamwork skills
* Excellent planning and time management abilities
* Flexible attitude
* Experience in relevant disciplines
* NVQ Level 3 (advantageous)
* Hygiene certificate
* Experience with fresh produce
* Must be residing in or working in the UK with right to work
