Technical Analyst – Risk Capture
Pro currently has an exciting opportunity to join its Risk Capture team as a Technical Analyst, within Underwriting Services. The job holder will meet all Client service levels, deliverables and deadlines for the processing of Risk Capture documents.
Pro operates a hybrid policy and this role is based in either Gloucester or Liverpool and work at home.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Support the Client Team Manager and Team Leader in producing the Monthly and Quarterly Service Delivery and Client Governance meetings.
* Processing Risks and endorsements into a client system in an efficient manner and in line with client SLA’s.
* Carry out QA analysis feeding back results to the team.
* Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and query analysis.
* Deliver training to new members of the team. Review and produce detailed and robust training plans for in office and remote training.
* Provide technical support to develop the team.
* Have an understanding and appreciation of the importance of adherence to Client KPIs and SLAs.
* Some supervisory responsibilities will be expected.
Skills and Experience
* Strong technical skills and ability to prioritise the workload of the team to meet deadlines.
* Good understanding of London market systems and procedures.
* An understanding of Risk Capture Underwriting market and processes essential.
* Experience of various Underwriting platforms and document management systems is desirable.
* Good experience in working with Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Essential to be able to maintain a conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with colleagues and clients.
* Ability to work remotely.
