The successful candidate will work within the existing estates team providing surveying services for the Council s Estate with focus on developing the assets held in the portfolio and delivering excellent outcomes for our stakeholders. This will include the development of strategy for the Council s tenanted assets, execution of asset plans, management of external consultants including the facilities management contract and general landlord and tenant work. About You You will be an ambitious property professional with Chartered Surveyor status looking to take the career to the next stage. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with focus on problem solving who is keen to embrace the challenge of driving forward our estate with a key customer focus. You will be capable of managing a complex set of priorities and working hard to deliver the best possible outcomes whilst managing our resources and ensuring the estate delivers the best outcomes for the residents of Stockport.
