Job Description Role: People Centre Advisor (12 month FTC) Base Location: Birmingham / Watford (1 day per week in the office) The KPMG Learning function is a cornerstone of our UK business. Why Join KPMG as a People Centre Advisor? The People Operations teams provide administrative and advisory support to our UK Business, underpinning our overall People Strategy and Vision. The operation consists of a HR Shared Services team, a HR Technology team, and a HR Transformation team, focused on exceeding expectations of our people across the business. What will you be doing? The role will entail liaising across the business with key stakeholders and external clients. You will be responsible for managing your own cases, providing advice on KPMG policies and procedures, as well as data entry and administrative tasks. Provide excellent front line customer service, being the first point of resolution for queries via telephone, online chat, or email. Ensure all queries and tasks are resolved accurately and within Service Level Agreement (SLA), escalating to the Team Leader when necessary. Keep all records, systems, and documentation compliant with KPMG requirements. Demonstrate strong customer service skills and understand the needs of our clients. Work as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and external parties. What will you need to do it? Experience in a HR shared services and/or customer services environment. Ability to build relationships and communicate with people at all levels. High resilience and experience working in a client-centric environment. Ability to prioritize workload in a high-pressure environment. Proficiency with IT Office and HR systems like SAP HR or Success Factors.
