As the Operational Support Manager, you will provide comprehensive management support to the Autism Service and the Adult Community Learning Disability Service. This involves working closely with Clinical Leads, the Operational Manager, Service Manager, Senior Management Team, and senior clinicians to enhance service delivery, improve business planning, and ensure efficiency in meeting strategic priorities.
* Management of referral systems within the ASD Service to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
* Support the Delivery Manager and Senior Management Team in service improvement initiatives.
* Lead detailed and complex audits and surveys to address data quality and activity issues.
* Assist in budget management and resource maximisation within the designated area.
* Develop and implement project plans for service improvements.
* Provide technical and analytical expertise for the development and monitoring of key performance information systems.
* Ensure compliance with information governance requirements.
