We are looking for a Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our team at Moorlands Court, Melbourn, Royston Herts (CQC rated Good) What you’ll do As a valued Housekeeper/Cleaner you will make a real difference to the quality of our Tenants’ lives by providing a high level individualised housekeeping service in their flats, communal areas and laundry room within the Scheme. You will also support tenants with local shopping and report to the Management Team any defects in the building or equipment, or when more cleaning supplies are required. The ability to understand the needs of older people; the importance of maintaining their independent living skills and carrying out cleaning duties in a manner that supports this. Ability to carry out and complete routine work quickly and effectively A friendly, committed, flexible team player, who adopts a practical approach to achieve the required results.
