Job Description Services Operations Officer - EHM (Engine Health Monitoring) Full-Time / Hybrid - 3 days on site Derby What you will be doing: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Services Operations Officer - EHM to join the Data & Information team in Aftermarket Operations. This team primarily works with Big Data and digital technologies to give our customers greater control of their operations. Through actionable intelligence, we empower our customers to make the shift from reactive, rapid-response operations, to become more efficient, better at risk management, a better planned and predictable business. This is a c hallenging, yet rewarding opportunity. You will provide asset control and intelligence solutions to Rolls-Royce customers around the world. Our high integrity control systems capture and manage equipment data which our analysis solutions transform into actionable information that are delivered to the right people at the right time. Our Service Delivery Engineers play a key role in Service Operations by providing high quality engineering insight in support of diagnosing & managing emerging asset issues in the Civil Airlines fleet. This is an opportunity to join the back office delivery team to work on maintaining our EHM capability & responsiveness. Responsibilities: • Analyse gas turbine performance & mechanical data using latest EHM tools & techniques to diagnose and record potential anomalies in asset operation. • Maintain equipment configuration and ensure data is received and correctly processed. • Provide airline customers with short term troubleshooting advice and longer-term fleet management information. • Support Airline customer training as required. • Work closely with airline customers and the wider RR community to continually evolve & improve our EHM service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Positive attitude to work, strong team working skills and ethical behaviour, able to work with minimum supervision. A background in c ustomer support would be beneficial. Experience of EHM service delivery, engine performance or service engineering would be advantageous.
