Our client is a leading specialist in daylighting and roof glazing solutions, at the forefront of innovation, shaping the built environment with cutting-edge designs. They are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with your team, ensuring the customers' requirements are met efficiently. As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responding to customer enquiries and quotations, maintaining databases, and reporting to the Operations Manager.
Customer Service Team Leader Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Customer Service Team to ensure that all responsibilities for the team are carried out correctly.
2. Obtain quotations from suppliers for part numbers where information is not already provided.
3. Upload supplier responses to the acquired quotations promptly.
4. Maintain and update valid quotations for all high-running parts using the information in our database.
5. Conduct a commercial review of customer orders upon receipt and present the reviewed order to the customer service team for processing.
6. Provide support to the customer service team by assisting with order loading and order book reconciliation.
7. Address and report any issues that arise within the customer service functions.
8. Willingness to take on other duties as required and show initiative.
