This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a vibrant bar environment while developing leadership skills. The apprentice will assist in managing the bar team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting operations.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance
• Assist in training and mentoring bar staff on drink preparation, service standards, and customer interaction
• Help maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and stock management in the bar area
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and responsible service of alcohol
• Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues or concerns
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and energetic atmosphere for patrons
How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by our well experienced staff and assessment staff at The Growth Company.
