Global client carrying out a significant site expansion / upgrade involving multiple projects.
Position responsible for managing and overseeing the financial aspects of these projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the financial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to completion.
Prepare, manage, and negotiate project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency.
Administer NEC3/4 contracts, ensuring compliance and effective management of contract variations.
Handle early project phases, including managing consent orders and contracts.
Prepare detailed reports on project costs, expenditure, and progress for stakeholders.
