PE Global is currently recruiting for a Customer Care Representative for a leading global health and hygiene client.\nPosition is a 100% remote, contract role for 12 months with possibility to be extended.\nEnglish and German/French/Dutch language skills are essential.\n\nDuties of the role/Responsibilities\n• Act as a representative of the company, demonstrating the expertise and professionalism necessary to uphold the organization’s reputation during all consumer interactions.\n• Process and respond to consumer inquiries and complaints across multiple channels—including phone calls, emails, letters, and social media—with a focus on delivering a superior consumer experience that reflects the company’s values and commitment to excellence.\n• Analyze the nature and complexity of consumer interactions, ensuring that responses are tailored to address diverse and potentially challenging situations appropriately and effectively.\n• Engage directly with high-value or sensitive consumer cases, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining professionalism and composure, even under pressure\n• Provide strategic consumer insights to the Consumer Services Team Leader and Management Team, ensuring these insights contribute to ongoing improvements and decision-making processes.\n\nEducation/Experience\n• Proven track record of success in a Customer/Consumer Care or Complaint Management role, with demonstrable experience in managing high-value, complex, or escalated consumer interactions.\n• Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership and external customers.\n• Experience in analyzing and prioritizing critical issues, demonstrating sound judgment in resolving challenging situations swiftly and effectively.\n• At least 3-5 years of Customer-facing experience / Customer Service\n• Thorough knowledge of MS – Office tools\n• Desired: Bachelor’s degree\n\nInterested candidates should submit an updated CV.\nPlease click the link below to apply, call Anett on (phone number removed) or alternatively send an up to date CV to (url removed).\n***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in the UK***\n\nAlthough it is not possible for us to respond to all applications, we at PE Global will do our upmost to give you feedback on your application.
